Do AI scribes hallucinate? Does Owl?
Most do — they fill gaps by guessing, and in a medical record a confident fabrication is dangerous. Owl is built the opposite way: if it didn't hear something, it leaves the field blank and flags it for your review instead of inventing a value. You're correcting, not catching fabrications.
